Meet The Team

The founder of Life Vitality, May Hao, is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R. TCMP), Acupuncturist and Registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She is a member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and a member of the Ontario Federation of Osteopathic Professionals (OFOP).

May is the third generation in her family to practice TCM. With her great talent in traditional medicine, she has helped thousands with chronic health conditions, cancer, autoimmune diseases, ulcerative colitis, lupus erythematosus, Crohn's Disease, Celiac Disease, IBS, aches, chronic fatigue, indigestion, infertility and more.
For over 17 years, May has practiced Qi Healing and Tai Chi. She teaches Tai Chi and Qi Gong programs weekly and her Qi Gong Healing programs have generated amazing healing responses in her patients.

May is also a three-time gold medalist of Canadian National TaiJi Championship, and Sliver medalist of the 2016 International World TaiJi Championship in Warsaw Poland. In her free time, she enjoys reading and meditating.

Julianna Di Donato is a Registered Nurse who has had multiple years of experience in both long-term care facilities and hospitals. She has specialized in critical care units and emergency department for the past two years. Currently, she is working towards the completion of her Master of Science in Nursing.  Recently, she has been focusing her time in being able to provide individuals with cosmetic treatments such as botulinum toxin, filler, and intravenous therapy. Intravenous therapy is especially helpful to build individuals immunity, provide energy and increase one’s metabolism. B12 injection therapy can help by providing increased energy and balance, stabilize sleep patterns, boost immune systems, promote weight loss by increasing metabolic function, and increase mental clarity and mood stabilization.  She will provide you with the knowledge and expertise in order to assist you better and allow you to make informed decisions about your choice of treatment(s)!

Ellimayah is a member of the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada where she is registered as a Naturotherapist specializing in Colon Hydrotherapy and Lymphatic Drainage treatment. Ellimayah has overseen, as well as, been a part of the facilitating of numerous social networked and commissioned teaching, mentoring, workshops and conferences all governed under the theme of wholesome and holistic healing which has helped many individuals in mastering their true inner power - mind, body and spirit - within their journey to becoming wholesomely whole, healed and freed from ailments that had them imprisoned. Through her, many were able to clearly understand and identify root causes of diseases which stems from emotions, trauma, suppressed childhood pain/dilemma, generational curses, self-afflicted ailments and diseases. She has, through the mentoring of Taisha Carmelite Hyppolite and her customized Mucoid Plaque Cleansing Regime as it relates to Richard Anderson’s cleansing method (Cleanse and Purify Thyself), been a successful cleanser as well as her protégé-d coach for Mucoid Plaque Cleansing.

Glen is an experienced and extremely gifted energy healer who combines a wide variety of approaches in his very powerful treatments. He is a profound reiki master who has helped countless people over the years through his ability to quickly and accurately perceive sources of imbalance and discomfort and to very effectively restore health and wholeness. Additionally, Glen is a certified cranial sacral therapist and essential oil specialist. Glen is also a devoted student and instructor of tai chi and qigong, and uses these ancient arts to ground and infuse the magical energy of his healing hands and his amazing gift of energy healing.

Tanya Da Silva is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and specializes in Deep Tissue Massage. In addition, she has experience and training in Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Geriatric Massage, Warm Bamboo Massage, Cupping and Reiki (level 1 and 2).

Tanya is a mother of three and loves to spend time outdoors on the lake, as well as catching up on her reading.

Mara is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner focused on a holistic, personalized and integrative approach to health and well-being. Through this approach, Mara assists in cultivating a deep understanding of how food directly affects quality of life. With a focus on whole, unprocessed, nutrient-dense foods and mindful eating, Mara empowers her clients to achieve optimal health.

Beyond nutrition, Mara provides guidance on optimizing sleep, managing stress, and also recommends essential nutrients like vitamins and minerals to enhance overall energy, vitality, and long-term health. Additionally, Mara is passionate about clean living. Her passion aligns with a lifestyle focused on making choices that prioritize health and sustainability in various aspects of life, such as skincare, household products, and more.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys going to the gym, diving into the latest podcast, being outdoors, cooking homemade meals, and cold plunging with friends.
