May

May Hao, founder of Life Vitality, is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP), Acupuncturist, and Registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She is a member of both the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and the Ontario Federation of Osteopathic Professionals (OFOP). In December 2024, she earned her Ph.D. in Traditional Chinese Medicine with a specialization in oncology from Colorado Chinese Medicine University.

 

A third-generation TCM practitioner, May carries forward her family’s legacy with exceptional skill and dedication. Over the years, she has helped thousands of patients with chronic health conditions—including cancer, autoimmune diseases, ulcerative colitis, lupus erythematosus, Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, IBS, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, infertility, and more.

 

With more than 17 years of experience in Qi Healing and Tai Chi, May teaches weekly Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes. Her Qi Gong Healing programs have produced remarkable healing responses and have become an integral part of her holistic practice.

 

May is also a celebrated athlete, having earned three gold medals at the Canadian National TaiJi Championship and a silver medal at the 2016 International World TaiJi Championship in Warsaw, Poland. Outside of her clinical and teaching work, she enjoys reading, meditation, and continually expanding her knowledge of traditional medicine.

Ellimayah 

Ellimayah Camille Walker (HHP, CH, CH Capt., Rev, Min, RMT- tba,) is a member of the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada. She serves as a Holistic Practitoner where she looks at the whole person – spirit, soul and body and not just the symptoms and ailments. She takes into account all the factors external (environment, lifestyle, outside stress) and internal (lineage, DNA, trauma) of each client in order to determine the causes of health issues and treat them at their root.

Ellimayah uses various form of natural modalities (herb, massage, aromatherapy, counselling/talk therapy, energy clearing, fascial release, prayer, etc.) to cater to the physical, mental, emotional, nutritional and spiritual health of her clients as it relates to their concerns. Some of the services she offer are: Colon Hydrotherapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Reflexology and Acupressure Release for toxins, emotional distress/trauma, headache, sinus, allergy, stress/cortisol balance, nerve regulation, weight loss/gain, and gut-brain balance through breath work, mindfulness, meditation, journaling and free movement focusing on the vagus nerves.

Ellimayah has overseen, as well as, been a part of the facilitating of numerous social networked and commissioned teaching, mentoring, workshops and conferences all governed under the theme of wholesome and holistic healing  (Holistic Health and Wellness, L.I.V.E, Tummy Love, Take Back Your Mind etc.) which have helped many individuals in mastering their true inner power - mind, body and spirit - within their journey to becoming wholesomely whole, healed and freed from ailments that had them imprisoned. Through her, many were able to clearly understand and identify root causes of diseases which stems from spiritual ailment, emotions, trauma, suppressed childhood pain/dilemma, generational curses, self-afflicted ailments and diseases.

Glen is an experienced and extremely gifted energy healer who combines a wide variety of approaches in his very powerful treatments. He is a profound reiki master who has helped countless people over the years through his ability to quickly and accurately perceive sources of imbalance and discomfort and to very effectively restore health and wholeness. Additionally, Glen is a certified cranial sacral therapist and essential oil specialist. Glen is also a devoted student and instructor of tai chi and qigong, and uses these ancient arts to ground and infuse the magical energy of his healing hands and his amazing gift of energy healing.

Saveria is a Humber College graduate in the Massage Therapy Program. Throughout many years as a professional dancer and athlete, she experienced the benefits of therapy treatment through her own previous injuries and surgeries. Saveria’s passion and therapeutic touch is what motivates her to support her patients heal in a mental, emotional and physical manner. Her goal is to improve their active daily living, decrease pain, increasing range of motion, decrease stress/anxiety through massage therapy. Saveria loves to learn and incorporate new techniques and modalities within her treatment plans, offering enhanced care services for the health and wellbeing for her patients.

Dolores is a naturopathic doctor dedicated to transforming the way we talk about menopause, vulvovaginal health, and overall wellness. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, a Naturopathic Doctor, and the founder of IRIS, Dolores combines clinical expertise with a mission to make menopause and vulvovaginal care a natural and stigma-free part of health.

 

Dolores focuses on supporting individuals with a range of concerns, including menopause-related changes, weight loss, recurrent infections, hormonal imbalances and other intimate health challenges. Her approach integrates evidence-based treatments and compassionate care, empowering patients to take charge of their health.

 

Beyond her professional life, Dolores is a bookworm, movement enthusiast, and devoted mom to two young daughters. Through her work with IRIS and her clinical focus, Dolores is breaking barriers and fostering a more open, supportive conversation about menopause and intimate health.
